Who is Mae-Rose O’Connell?

Her zest for life comes from her background in physical fitness and dance, and she has qualifications in modern gymnastics and dance sports.
She is the founder and director of the End Results Academy, an organization that is dedicated to providing workshops, seminars, training, and coaching in lifestyle, fitness, health, nutrition, self-development, Internet Marketing, and Wealth Creation.
It has been operating since 1983.
Interviewing, speaking, coaching, and writing about natural health and aging well and prospering are Mae-Rose’s professional passions. In addition, she facilitates Creative Self Image, Voice Dialogue, Body Language, and Branding Coaching.
Mae-Rose has a diploma in Fashion and Theatrical Costume Design and utilises her knowledge and experience in this area to coach her clients and students on the importance of dressing for success and showing how colour and style have an impact on Personal and Business Branding.
The psychology of knowing what looks good and the impact this has on your self-esteem and attitude is what Mae-Rose is passionate about, especially helping others to radiate.
In her spare time, Mae-Rose loves to travel, write and photograph both places and people that interest her.
